After the seal ring is installed in the groove, the seal ring is radially compressed, and the refrigerant-resistant O-ring forms a trace amount of corrugation in the groove, thereby improving the lubrication condition.
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber O-rings have good chemical resistance and heat resistance, and are suitable for the manufacture of various industrial rubber rollers, especially ZSC, with excellent oil resistance and abrasion resistance. Even if the hardness of ZSC exceeds 90 degrees, its processing viscosity is very low and it is easy to form. Compared with polyurethane rubber, its strength, water resistance and oil resistance have been greatly improved, and it is suitable for use as high hardness rubber roller materials, such as printing rubber rollers and industrial rubber rollers.
In addition to the above applications, hydrogenated nitrile rubber can also be used as fenders, vibration absorbing materials, cables, etc. HNBR latex can be used as an adhesive for surface coatings, paper, leather, ceramics, fibers, foamed rubber and impregnated latex products. HNBR can also be used as a compatibilizer for ABS/polyvinyl chloride blends. Adding HNBR to the ABS/polyvinyl chloride blend has excellent tensile strength. Blending polyvinyl chloride/ethylene-vinyl acetate with HNBR can improve the toughness of polyvinyl chloride/ethylene-vinyl acetate. When HNBR is used as a plastic additive, the impact resistance, aging resistance and oil resistance of the plastic can be improved. For example, polyvinyl chloride/HNBR has high heat-resistant air aging performance and heat-resistant aging performance in fuel. HNBR/polycarbonate has high strength, good processing properties and good thermal stability. After adding HNBR, EPDM rubber can greatly improve its oil resistance. These blending modification technologies have opened up a new field for the application of HNBR.
